Do I need an account? No. You can use HoundPal on your device only. Signing in saves your bills to your account so they follow you to another phone or computer.
How do reminders work? In the app, turn on Reminders in Settings. HoundPal reminds you before each bill is due, and you can tap Mark Paid right from the reminder.
Can I lock the app? Yes. In the phone app, turn on the Face ID or fingerprint lock in Settings.
Is Ask HoundPal financial advice? No. Ask HoundPal explains your own bills in plain words. HoundPal shares general information, not financial advice. Ask HoundPal only sends your question and your tracker list after you tap Allow.
How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings, then Delete my account. Or read how to delete your account.
Is my information private? Yes. We never sell your information and there are no ads or tracking. Read our Privacy Policy.
